FormMate UK offers a free plan with limited access and a Premium subscription with full access. The features included in each plan are described on our pricing page.
We reserve the right to change the features included in each plan at any time. We will notify existing Premium subscribers of material changes by email.
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain Premium access until then.
Refunds: We offer refunds within 7 days of your first payment if you are not satisfied. Contact us at support.formmate@gmail.com. Refunds for renewal payments are considered on a case-by-case basis.
The AI Co-Pilot feature is powered by Google Gemini. Responses are generated by an AI and may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date. Do not rely on AI responses as a substitute for professional advice. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated responses.
Do not share sensitive personal information (such as passport numbers, bank details, or immigration reference numbers) in the AI chat.
